MASONIC LODGE HALLS :
Lonsdale
[Lonsdale Lodge Hall]
Freemasons’ Hall
1142 Lonsdale Ave., North Vancouver
Burrard Lodge first met in a building, erected in 1908 by Walter Owen, at 121 East 1st Street, North Vancouver. The North Van Masonic Temple Assoc. Ltd. was established in December 1909 and in April 1911 a letter was sent to Burrard Lodge inviting them to move in. Their first meeting in the "new blue room" was on 2 June 1911.
The building burnt to the ground on 30 March 2021 in the second fire started by a serial arsonist who was arrested the same day. Earlier that morning he had attempted to burn the Lynn Valley Lodge Hall and he subsequently attempted to burn the Park Hall on Rupert Street in Vancouver.

Burrard History 1908 - 1983, Donat McMahon. p 31.
