Old Japanese Photographs, Collectors' Data Guide
The book spans the period from the importation of the first camera into Japan (1848) through the death of the Emperor Meiji in 1912. Chapter 3.ii, "Early Masonic Photographers in Japan", co-authored by David Peabody,is an unusual entry in an otherwise non-masonic text, providing short biographies of thirteen nineteenth century photographers.
